Strength
"We seek to enhance our strength to provide a stabilizing balance to all of our joints. We recognize that the true pathway to flexibility is proper strength. We use utilize training methods to challenge our muscles at the appropriate starting level and progressively challenge them as they become stronger. We believe that we can be stronger than we currently are."




Balance Your Body Yoga offers four different yoga teaching styles that all share the same guiding philosophy. Each style focuses on a different aspect of yoga teaching. This allows our participants to focus their study into the aspect of teaching that most appeals to them.

For those who have an interest in more than one style we can combine programs to satisfy personal interests. For those who are unsure of which style they wish to focus on we can create a style fusion that combines all the styles into one training program.


Foundation Yoga teaches how to inspire students in group class settings who are new to yoga and want to learn more.



Recuperative Yoga teaches a compassionate program integrating the benefits of gentle yoga to enhance health.


Boustany Hatha (Pralaya) Yoga is a revolutionary system of yoga developed over many years by yoga master Robert Boustany designed to teach advanced yoga skills.


Functional Athletics Yoga teaches how to enhance individual and team athletic performance through yoga.
