
Co-founder of Balance Your Body Yoga, Amy began teaching yoga in the 90's, drawing on a teaching background of pilates, fitness, dance and athletics. Her pursuit of knowledge about the human body and human performance have lead her to study different yoga styles, fitness programs and healing techniques as well as extensive studies in human anatomy and physiology.
Amy's focus is on balancing muscle structures, and guiding each student to use the methods offered in Balance Your Body Yoga training as a method in their search for health and well-being. With Amy's compassionate guidance and enthusiasm, students learn to adapt poses and exercises in order to teach yoga from a safe, intelligent and well-laid foundation. She is an international instructor and teaches classes in Europe as well as the United States.
Amy is an ERYT 500, Yoga Alliance Registered Instructor.
