Our Yoga Seminars and Intensives are a great way to enhance skills and explore new ideas. They offer a chance to explore the details of poses and learn helpful techniques to assist in safe and optimal alignment. Our Intensives allow you to gain certification in various skills which greatly enhance your exploration of yoga for personal goals and teaching abilities. We offer a variety of topics throughout the year. Everyone is welcome to attend and no previous experience is necessary.

Back to the Future - Backbends



New Seminar for 2017!

In this class we will be taking a new look at backbends. The lower back must be properly conditioned in order to develop its supple nature. We will practice sequencing that will gently elongate and open the spine to extension. Great for all levels and conditions. Come feel your energy expand as you learn to harness the power of your lower back.[top]

In this class we will practice Ujjayi and Pausing Breath breathing techniques from the most basic to more advanced forms.

In this class we will practicing folding our bodies into forward bends. Come find out what tips will keep you comfortable in your hamstrings and your head. We will practice both adaptations and traditional forward bend methods. Great for releasing tight hamstrings and powering up the quadriceps.
